SMS Terms of Service
SMS section added October 17, 2026. Levels Business Strategy (LEVELS BUSINESS STRATEGY LLC) offers individual, non-marketing SMS conversations about customer inquiries, scheduling and appointments, and project/customer support. By opting in through an optional website checkbox or otherwise expressly requesting texts, you agree to receive those messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. A phone number submitted without SMS opt-in does not authorize texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; no further messages will be sent except an opt-out confirmation. You may reply START to request resubscription. Reply HELP for assistance, email support@levelsb.com, call (623) 303-6720, or visit our contact page.
See our Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers and consent information are handled. Texting availability depends on registration, carrier approval and service availability; this notice does not announce that our number is already SMS-enabled. These SMS terms apply only to the messaging described here and do not authorize cold sales or bulk marketing texts.
